Cole Miller
Training: Training BJJ, boxing, and kickboxing, and MMA at American Top Team and shooting over to IHP (ihpfit.com) for my strength and conditioning. When and why did you start training for fighting? I started after my first semester in college. I was a huge fan from the beginning and training was awesome.
Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? Multiple time Naga grappling champion
Specific accomplishments in pro competition? WKA national lightweight MMA champion, LFC 155 lb champion
Ranks in any martial arts styles: Brown Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Ricardo Liborio.
Do you have any heroes? BJ Penn, Royce Gracie, Kazushi Sakuraba, Nick Diaz, my brother Micah Miller.
What is your favorite technique? Triangle Choke
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? A dream come true, a life accomplishment, and the realization that this is what I want to dedicate the rest of my life to.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? I went to four colleges; still working on that degree.
What was your job before you started fighting? I worked at a bagel bakery.
Hobbies outside of MMA: Training and occasionally competing in Triathlons, Being a Honda enthusiast and slowly building my '92 Honda Civic.
