TRAINING: Usually 1.5 - 2 hours of weight training combined with sprints or stairs in the morning. At night, either an hour of boxing or grappling, topped off with a 1/2 hour of cardio.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started wresting in 3rd grade. When I got out of college I moved to Bettendorf and started making the transition into MMA in 1999.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? An opportunity to fight on the biggest stage in MMA.

What was your job before you started fighting? Railroad Switchman, a job I still hold.
