Biography

TRAINING: Tuesday and Thursday 11 am at the gym hitting pads, bag work and then sparring. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday it's BJJ technique and sparring.  Then at 3, it's off to UNO wrestling.  Then a couple of times a week I'm at Crossfit Omaha for strength and conditioning.  The days I'm at work I try and get a run of some type in, hit the bag, jump rope and a shorter Crossfit workout in.  Saturdays are sparring days and Sundays are my rest days.

When and why did you start training for fighting? 2000

What titles have you held? VFC light heavy title

Do you have any heroes? My dad

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? I get to fight good competition

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? BS in Biology and BA in Sociology

What was your job before you started fighting? Still a Firefighter
