Paulo ThiagoTraining: My training day is pretty full and I always try to respect the limits of my body, training hard, eating right and resting. I wake up at around 8 am, eat breakfast and go to the gym where I do from 9:30 to 10:30 a section of stretching and flexibility. From 11.00 to 13.00 I do my MMA training and leave the training and go straight home for lunch and rest. At 17h I come back to the gym, where I do my strength and conditioning training and after that I'll do one more training session, either jiu jitsu or Muay Thai, depending on the day. I come home at around 21h, dine and go to bed around 22:30, because I have to wake up well prepared for my workouts the next day. Four times a week I have to sleep in the barracks with my police team (BOPE) and sometimes I have to interrupt my training for a mission with the police, but nothing that interferes with my training.
