Roger HollettTRAINING: A typical day consists of sparring, pad and bag work, then a run in the mountains in the evening. Next day it’s jits or wrestling, then off to conditioning. It's different every day.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started BJJ when I was 19; I have boxed since I was five. My dad, Ralph Hollett, was Canadian champion and is in the Hall of Fame. What ranks and titles have you held? MFC LH Champion and ECC Champion Do you have any heroes? My Dad, Ralph Hollett What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means everything. Before my father passed, he told me he wanted this for me, and I consider this the opportunity of a lifetime. Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No What was your job before you started fighting? Bartender/Welder Ranks in any martial arts styles: Brown Belt BJJ, Black Belt in kicking ass.
