Biography

TRAINING: Pads: Monday, Wednesday, Friday during the day and MMA at night. BJJ: Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday mornings and strength training in the afternoon. Sunday is usually an active recovery day.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I wrestled my whole life and loved competing, so as soon as I graduated, I wanted to continue combat sports. I always loved ways to get aggression out.

What ranks and titles have you held? Ring of Combat welterweight title.

Do you have any heroes?
Fighters like GSP and Frankie Edgar always motivated me to take my training to the next level.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? Yes, I went to Nassau Community College, then transferred to Farmingdale State College, where I got my bachelors degree in business management.

What was your job before you started fighting? I worked for my uncle doing heating and air conditioning.

Specific accomplishments in pro competition? All of my fights have ended in stoppages, and only three fights left the first round.
