When and why did you start training for fighting? I started back in High School when I met Dean Lister and Brandon Vera.

Do you have any heroes? My Mother and Father, Randy Couture, Dean Lister, Brandon Vera, and my Brothers.

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means everything to me. I love the UFC and it’s such an honor.

What was your job before you started fighting? Teaching jiu-jitsu to kids

Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? 5-0 in Muay Thai

Specific accomplishments in pro competition? First Place NAGA Hawaii 2007, Second place US open 2006, Third Place Grapplers Quest 2005
