TRAINING: A lot of hard work and dedication. This is my life and I train hard every day to come and just have fun in the cage.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started with judo for self control and discipline. I believe it’s the best sport for the kids.
What ranks and titles have you held? People said that I was the number one prospect in 2011 – let’s see!!
Do you have any heroes? Anderson Silva, Big Nog
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It means that my career is moving one step forward and that I will get closer and closer to reaching my long-term goal.
Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? None
What was your job before you started fighting? None
Specific accomplishments in amateur competition? World jiu-jitsu champion in the blue belt division
Favorite grappling technique: Armbar
Favorite Striking technique: Kicks
