Biography

TRAINING: I'm training everything because this is MMA, but my priority is my cardio and jiu-jitsu because I know I can reverse the position in case I'm on my back. I can also submit him.

Thoughts on opponent, Cain Velasquez? Cain Velasquez is a complete fighter with amazing cardio, but I think he is best at wrestling.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I made my pro debut in 2005.
