TRAINING: A typical day of training consists of usually two practices, sometimes three. I usually do strength training or conditioning in the morning, and then follow up with pro practice in the evening, sometimes followed by jiu-jitsu immediately after.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started fighting in 2007 because fighting is fun.
