Biography

TRAINING: I train 6 days a week when training for a fight. Most days, I spend my mornings working on strength and conditioning with Martin Rooney.  In the afternoon or evening, I head over to AMA, where my workouts vary between Muay Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, as well as MMA practices, where we combine all aspects of the sport.

When and why did you start training for fighting? I started fighting five years ago.  I began training because I missed the competition.

What ranks and titles have you held? Cage Fury Middleweight Champion; IFL Middleweight Champion

Do you have any heroes? No

What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? This has been a dream of mine since I began fighting. The UFC has the best fighters in the world, and if you want to be ranked as a great fighter, you have to be fighting in the UFC.

Did you go to college and if so what degree did you earn? No

What was your job before you started fighting?
