TRAINING: I wake up and do my run. Then I do my strength and conditioning workout. I make sure I'm eating right always, and then I do my Sparring/BJJ and drilling midday. I go home, rest, rehydrate with fluid and food. Then I end the day with my wrestling and boxing and a lot of footage studying. I feel you have to see what your flaws are and correct them, and footage of your opponent is always good to see.
