Jacob VolkmannTRAINING: M-W-F I grapple from 11-12 then do 15 minutes of padwork. Tuesday and Thursday I run, then do sparring with takedowns from 1130 to 1230. M and Tu I run, then wrestle from 330-530pm. I spar Thurs night and Sat morning. I run 4 to 5 miles Sun. I also run Sat before sparring. When and why did you start training for fighting? Started three years ago. It feels good to hit people and submit them.
