Jason BrilzTRAINING: Tuesday and Thursday 11 am at the gym hitting pads, bag work and then sparring. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday it's BJJ technique and sparring. Then at 3, it's off to UNO wrestling. Then a couple of times a week I'm at Crossfit Omaha for strength and conditioning. The days I'm at work I try and get a run of some type in, hit the bag, jump rope and a shorter Crossfit workout in. Saturdays are sparring days and Sundays are my rest days.
