TRAINING: Typical training day goes...Breakfast at 9am, Treatment at 10am, Training/ Sparring Noon-2pm, Post workout drink and lunch 2-3pm, Mitt work or sprinting and plyos 4-6pm, Post workout drink and dinner 6-7pm, Altitude training 9-10pm, Bed time 10pm
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training for fighting when I was 24 after my football career was over because I needed to challenge myself and I wanted to hit again.

Do you have any heroes? My father and Arnold Schwarzenegger
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? It is the pinnacle of MMA and the very highest level of the sport. It means testing myself against the very best in the world on the very highest platform.

What was your job before you started fighting? College football player for ASU Sun Devils

Specific accomplishments in pro competition? Finished both of my first two pro fights via knee strike to midsection
