Training: I split my time between Purdue and Indianapolis. M-W-F mornings, I go to Purdue and train with Coach Tom Erikson and their Heavyweight (Roger). The afternoons I spend training with my Thai coach (Adam Wilder). Tues and Thurs mornings I spend pushing cars in Tabata segmented workouts and finish with spin classes. The afternoon and evenings are spent with my Wrestling & BJJ coaches here in Indy. When and why did you start training for fighting? A good friend (Jayson Werth – Phillies) asked me to fight in his inaugural promotion. I agreed and the rest is history.
