Biography
TRAINING: My typical day starts at 9am, working high intensity cardio or conditioning, followed by bad position drills and wrestling, finishing at 11am. After re-fuelling and sleeping the afternoon away, I am back in the gym at 6pm, working BJJ, Pad drills and sparring.
When and why did you start training for fighting? When I was 15, I started martial arts to keep fit, and found out I was good at it.
What ranks and titles have you held? WPKC World Kickboxing 2000 Champion, Cage Rage Middleweight Champion 2003
Do you have any heroes? Randy Couture.
What is your favorite technique? The winning one
What does it mean for you to fight in the UFC? The UFC is the holy grail of MMA. I am delighted to be part of it.
What was your job before you started fighting? Carpenter
