TRAINING: I start my training at 8:00 AM with 45 minutes running, after that I stretch for 45 minutes.11:00 AM: I do boxing sparring for 1 hour, then I have a lunch and take a rest.18:00 PM- I train Jiu-jitsu with Gi for 90 minutes and finish my day with 1 hour massage.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I started training in Boxing when I was 14. I then added Jiu-Jitsu and started training MMA.
