Training: My training for this fight is much like all the others... I’m always training to be prepared for all aspects of the fight. A typical day starts in the morning. I´ll either have a sparring session or do padwork & drills with my striking coaches, followed by wrestling practice. I rest all afternoon and return to training at night. Some nights its strength & conditioning training, others it’s BJJ practice.
When and why did you start training for fighting? I wrestled through high school and college. I always had an interest in MMA since the first UFC.
