Biography

TRAINING: My camp has been much more intense, with a specific focus on the shift from constant grind pace to explosive pace and vice versa. It is very similar to the way I trained for wrestling as far as cardio goes.

Undergrad - Lock Haven University with a theatre degree. Grad school - Gardner-Webb University, Master's in mental health counseling.

Wrestler for US Olympic team
