Taisumov vs. Patrick Bout Heading to Berlin

Winner of six of his last seven, Mairbek Taisumov will look to keep his positive momentum going on June 20 when he faces unbeaten Brazilian Alan Patrick in a clash of lightweight prospects at the O2 World in Berlin, Germany.

Tickets to the highly anticipated UFC® FIGHT NIGHT: GUSTAFSSON vs. TEIXEIRA will go on sale on Friday, April 24. Fans can register their interest for tickets here: www.o2world.de/UFC2015

"I have always wanted to fight in Berlin," Taisumov said. "It's a great spot for me as I live in Austria, so many of my supporters and friends from Austria will have a chance to attend my fight. I'm currently in Berlin, and this is not my first visit to this city. I've really set my mind to fight here."

Fresh from back-to-back knockouts of Marcin Bandel and Anthony Christodolou, Taisumov will get a tough challenge in the form of the 12-0 Patrick, whose unbeaten slate includes UFC wins over Garett Whiteley and John Makdessi.

"I don't know much about my opponent at the moment, as I haven't done any research yet," Taisumov admits. "However, I do not ever disrespect my opponents, especially in the UFC. I can't give you any predictions, but I hope to put on a great fight and get some of those Fight of the Night bonuses."
