Fight Of The Night: Patrick Cote vs. Josh Burkman

Performance Bonuses: Felipe Arantes and Frankie Perez

• 35-year-old veterans Patrick Cote and Josh Burkman entertained for nearly three rounds, trading blows and exchanging takedowns before Cote took control to earn the victory Sunday night at Sasktel Centre.

• Arantes only had to fight for 4:21, but it was an eventful period of time. The Brazilian survived two takedowns by opponent Yves Jabouin early in their encouter before turning the tables and earning the victory by an armbar submission.

• Frankie Perez went out with a bang - literally. Not only did he turn heads by knocking out Sam Stout with a perfectly-landed right hook 54 seconds into the first round, but then he shocked many by announcing he was retiring during his victory interview with Jon Anik.

• All four fighters earn an additional $50k.
