It's been a busy day in the UFC matchmaking office, with three new matchups announced for upcoming events.
The recent move of Jessica Penne into the Fight Night Berlin main event with Joanna Jedrzejczyk prompted a search for a strawweight to compete against Juliana Lima in Goiania, Brazil on May 30, and the pick is undfeated hot prospect Ericka Almeida.
On June 6 in New Orleans, the UFC Fight Night card headlined by the middleweight bout between Dan Henderson and Tim Boetsch is now complete with the addition of a clash of lightweight prospects Christos "The Spartan" Giagos and Chris Wade.
And in Berlin, Germany on June 20, Japan's Ulka Sasaki will square off with France's Taylor Lapilus in a bantamweight matchup.
