Zuffa Obtém MCT contra HQ-Streams.com Por Direitos Autorais

Na quinta-feira, 26 de agosto de 2010, Zuffa LLC, obteve uma Medida Cautelar Temporária do Tribunal distrital dos EUA, pelo Distrito de Nevada, contra HQ-Streams.com e Tike Johnny impedindo-os de fazer streamings ilegais dos eventos do UFC , incluindo o próximo, UFC 118, no site. Após a recepção da ordem de Medida Cautelar Temporária, HQ-Streams.com entendeu como consequência da suas atividades ilegais postando a seguinte mensagem em seu website: "À todos os membros do fórum, não haverá nenhum streaming do UFC 118 aqui no sábado. Nós não queremos que nosso site se envolva em problemas com a Zuffa! "

Zuffa leva a utilização não autorizada da sua propriedade intelectual muito a sério, e tomará todas as medidas legais necessárias para intimar terceiros, tais como HQ-Streams.com por transmissão e streaming ilegais dos eventos UFC, WEC ou Pride e de outras tentativas de lucrar com tal atividade ilegal.
