TUF Smashes Finale Tickets on Sale Friday

TICKETS FOR UFC® on FX: SOTIROPOULOS vs. PEARSON ON SALE FRIDAY, OCT. 19
The Ultimate Fighting Championship® announced today that tickets for UFC® on FX: SOTIROPOULOS vs. PEARSON will go on sale on Friday, Oct. 19 at 10 a.m. AEDT. The event will be held at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre on Saturday, Dec. 15 and is headlined by a five-round showdown between Australian George Sotiropoulos and British star Ross Pearson.

The two serve as opposing coaches on The Ultimate Fighter: Australia vs. UK – The Smashes™, which airs Wednesday nights on FX at 7:30 p.m. AEDT.

In addition to Sotiropoulos vs. Pearson, lightweight and welterweight finalists of “The Smashes” will go head-to-head in search of an exclusive contract with the UFC and title of the next Ultimate Fighter™. With a pair of new Ultimate Fighter winners set to be crowned and a lightweight main event featuring bitter rivals, UFC® on FX: SOTIROPOULOS vs. PEARSON is shaping up to be a can’t-miss card for fight fans worldwide.

“This has to have been the craziest season of TUF ever!” UFC President Dana White said. “There’s no underestimating just how much is at stake now that these guys are fighting for their countries. Both coaches have hate in their eyes and I bet they can’t wait to go at each other on December 15. I’ve never seen either of them this fired up. I think we’re in for an explosive main event.”
